Managing Partner
Zachary Addy (“Zach”) received his B.S. in Business Administration from Florida A&M University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Zach’s background is in finance and general management. He worked at RW Ventures, LLC (RWV), where he carried out market research and analysis, and financial modeling for strategic plans delivered to development authorities and municipalities.
As Managing Partner, Zach executed the full lifecycle opening of HERBSOCIAL, an Illinois cannabis dispensary, including capital raising, site selection and buildout, brand creation, and operational management. Under his leadership, HERBSOCIAL generated approximately $6.75MM in sales in FY2025.

Christopher Wallace-Mendoza (“Chris”) holds a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University and brings deep experience in financial planning, risk management, and strategic growth. As Senior Finance Manager at Kraft Heinz, he led North American innovation efforts, managed billion-dollar budgets, and drove growth through automation and data-driven strategies.
With prior roles at PNC and Publicis Groupe, Chris has a strong foundation in corporate finance and market forecasting. His disciplined, detail-oriented approach—reflected both professionally and personally—makes him well-equipped to navigate the financial and operational demands of the cannabis industry.
